Respect for copyright

Iflex IPTV expects users to respect intellectual-property rights and use only authorized content. A rights holder or authorized representative who believes material associated with this site infringes a protected work may send a specific notice to [email protected]. This page provides a contact procedure; it does not represent a certification of every third-party source or app.

Identify the work and the material

Describe the copyrighted work you believe is infringed, or provide a representative list when several works are involved. Identify the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to locate it, including the relevant URL, channel or title name, and any useful date or context. A general statement that a site contains copyrighted content may not identify the item that needs review.

Provide contact and authority details

Include your name, organization if relevant, postal contact information, telephone number, and email address. Explain whether you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. Provide a physical or electronic signature. Do not include unrelated personal documents or confidential credentials; the information should be relevant to the notice and the claimed authority.

Required statements and accuracy

A formal notice should include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, made under penalty of perjury where the applicable process requires it. Seek legal guidance if you are unsure about the consequences of a notice. Do not make claims of ownership or authorization you cannot support.

Review, response, and counter-notices

The team will review sufficiently specific notices and may request clarification, restrict access to material within its control, or contact the relevant party as appropriate. If you believe material was removed by mistake, contact the same address and identify the original notice and disputed removal. A formal counter-notice can have legal consequences and may require additional statements and jurisdiction information under the applicable process.

Scope and further information

This policy concerns the site’s handling of copyright communications. It does not establish that the operator is a registered statutory agent or guarantee a particular legal outcome. The US Copyright Office provides official general information about copyright and relevant processes. Last updated October 2, 2026. Send ordinary billing or installation questions through the general contact page rather than label them as copyright notices.
